A U.S. Coast Guard veteran, Cody Kern brings an extensive, hands-on background in aircraft management, sales and acquisitions, maintenance oversight, and flight department operations. His experience spans crew staffing and scheduling, maintenance planning and vendor coordination, operating budgets, and the daily details that keep an aircraft ready. He has also operated other successful businesses, bringing practical business experience and an owner’s understanding of service, operating discipline, and accountability to Veyra.

An airline transport pilot and instructor, he holds multiple type ratings in aircraft ranging from light to super midsize jets. Cody combines cockpit experience with a comprehensive understanding of ownership—from sourcing and acquiring an aircraft to managing its operation and preparing for its eventual sale. That perspective shapes Veyra’s approach: thoughtful planning, clear communication, and personal accountability.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Michael Garcia brings more than 30 years of aircraft management and sales experience, backed by 26,000 hours in the cockpit. An Airline Transport Pilot and CFI, CFII, and MEI, he combines extensive operational knowledge with a practical understanding of what makes an aircraft right for its owner. From 1990 to the present, Michael has sold dozens of aircraft, ranging from Cessna 172s to large corporate jets. That breadth of experience connects the aircraft on paper with the realities of buying, owning, and operating it.

At Veyra, Michael leads aircraft sales and acquisitions with a mission-first approach: understand the owner, evaluate the aircraft, and bring clarity to the decisions ahead. From market research and aircraft selection to pre-purchase coordination and transaction planning, he brings seasoned judgment and clear communication to each stage. For buyers and sellers alike, his experience helps place the immediate decision in the context of long-term ownership.

A Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor with management experience, Paul has worked directly with high-profile jet owners. He understands the importance of discretion, responsiveness, and thoughtful follow-through in private aviation.

At Veyra, Paul focuses on making the beginning of ownership support feel organized and straightforward. He helps coordinate onboarding details, understand owner preferences, establish communication expectations, and connect owners with the people supporting their aircraft. From the first introduction to ongoing aircraft updates, his role is to keep the relationship personal, the details connected, and the owner informed.
